ComodoMALL.com will not be responsible for any import taxes, customs taxes, duties, customs documentation, import documentation or licenses needed to secure your order. Any of the items mentioned above will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
All items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping. However, in the unlikely event a customer receives a damaged item, it must be returned within 7 days to get a replacement. By this we mean that the item you wish to return must reach us within 7 days from the day you received it.
ComodoMALL.com will not be held liable for items lost or damaged during return shipment (from customer to us). Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer and should be properly insured on the value of the item. It is the customers total and complete responsibility to ensure proper and secure repackaging of the item and to make the choice of the shipping method and company.
Terms & Condition of Exchange:
- All exchanges must be done within 7 days of receiving the item.
- All exchange items must be in original condition, new with the original tags attached. It is very important that you notify us before you make a return or exchange. If an item has been altered, we can no longer accept it for return or exchange.
- All exchange items must be packed in the same way when it was received. It is very important that you cut out the postage stamp area of the package when you received it from us and enclose it too. Failure to do so will result in non-acceptance for exchange.
- All exchanges made within the United State will be subject to no exchange fee. The return shipping (from customer to us) is the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to exchange items, you MUST make an exchange request prior to shipping the return item. Upon receipt of your request for an exchange we will send you an Exchange Confirmation Number (E C N) this should be clearly written on the outside of the return box prior to return shipping.
- All exchange items upon arrival will be inspected and if found to satisfy the condition mentioned above will then be accepted for an exchange. If the returned item is deemed to be in its original condition, the new item will be shipped out immediately to the recipient. If the cost of the exchanged items is not equal in value, the credit card that was used when placing the initial order will either be debited or credited to make up the difference.

Shipping Time: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery however don’t be surprised if you receive your package in 2 to 3 days. Please note the nature of the specialty products we offer and we insist on only the highest quality from our factory. We will get your order to you as fast as we possibly can, but never at the expense of quality.
